Ответ: Если мебели слишком много, вы вполне можете вынести часть из комнаты. Самое главное – обеспечить мастерам доступ к стенам. Если мебели немного, достаточно просто сдвинуть ее в центр комнаты и накрыть клеенкой или полиэтиленовой пленкой, чтобы защитить от пыли и упростить последующую уборку. Если же в комнате есть крупногабаритная мебель, стоит сделать так, чтобы она не мешала при установке. Если есть возможность, передвиньте ее в другое помещение.

Если в визуальном восприятии зона соединения натяжного потолка и керамической плитки находится на одном уровне, то керамическая плитка монтируется в первую очередь, натяжной потолок крепится в этом случае на нее.

Если сначала установить натяжной потолок, а потом к нему вплотную смонтировать керамическую плитку, то натяжной потолок будет не обслуживаемый или для его ремонта сначала будет нужно снять верхний ряд керамической плитки и только после этого возможно будет провести ремонтные действия по замене полотна.

Если керамическая плитка будет монтироваться ниже уровня натяжного потолка, то необходимо её монтировать на расстоянии не менее 5 см. ниже точного уровня установки натяжного потолка.

Ответ: Как вам удобнее, так и делайте. Но если предусматривается установка потолочного плинтуса, то желательно вначале наклеить обои. Пыль и крошка образуются только в местах сверления крепежных отверстий.
